How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please note, I am only able to ship international packages on Mondays, so these orders may take 7 days to ship.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Australian shipping starts at $4.00 AUD, international shipping starts at $10.00AUD

PLEASE NOTE - 50c is added with each additional item. 

Can you track my package?

If shipping within Australia and you choose the standard shipping option, your package will be sent as an untracked large letter. 

However, if you add the Tracked Shipping item to your cart before checking out, I will contact you with a tracking number once your order ships. Simply add this listing for Australian tracked shipping.

If shipping internationally, tracking is provided as standard, and you will receive your tracking number when your item ships.

How long will my package take?

You can expect most orders within Australia to arrive within five to seven business days.

You can expect most international orders to arrive in aproximately 3-4 weeks.

What if my order gets lost, or I'm not happy with it?

If you're concerned your order is taking too long to arrive, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can offer you a replacement or a refund. If you recieve your package, but you're dissatisfied in any way, again please feel free to contact me with your concerns so we can discuss options.
